A set of a few dozen pictures of a city is hundreds of square kilometres: the cars on them cannot be counted by eye. The program goes through the set at one button and gives a number with bounds, the coordinates of every mark and the density over a grid of squares; the result is a Word document, an Excel sheet and layers for MapInfo. A small trained PyTorch network does the counting: with an NVIDIA card a picture of 165 megapixels takes about a minute, on the processor about twenty. The pictures are sent nowhere.
Traffic CounterCounts vehicles in recordings of ordinary cameras: lines and gates on the frame, a queue of hundreds of recordings, tables per movement and vehicle class. YOLO and ByteTrack, counting on your own machine — CUDA or DirectML.MDPDF▾
A traffic survey means hours of counting by eye from recordings. Here you place lines and gates on a frame, and the program itself counts the vehicles of each class in each direction and writes the result to a table. There can be hundreds of recordings: set them up once and the queue is counted overnight. YOLO26 detector and ByteTrack tracker, counting on an NVIDIA video card, DirectML as the fallback.

The device's main drawback is that you cannot set it up quickly for yourself: either click through the vendor's program, or settle for someone else's presets. This kit and any LLM remove the problem — all you need is imagination: describe what each dial should do, and get a file ready for import.
It works because the project ships with a full description of the format: the container, the control table, the action encoding, all 47 slots, each entry marked as confirmed or inferred. You can verify it without trusting anyone: the assembled file reads back byte for byte, and an invented control name raises an error rather than a silent substitution.

A two-panel file manager in the spirit of Total Commander, portable through and through: its own .NET runtime, the PeaZip archiver, RClone, the Microsoft Edit editor and Windows Terminal live in the same folder. Tabs you can pin, masks that keep in the panel only the folders holding matching files deep inside, saved pairs of panels, Windows 11 glass and TC row colours.
Copy and move run through Robocopy or RClone, optionally with every copy checked by BLAKE3. F11 adds what is new, F12 makes an exact copy and counts beforehand how much it will delete; BISYNC keeps folders edited on two machines in step. A folder cannot be copied into itself, links do not lead a walk outside, STOP stops for real — every such case is pinned by a check, and no build comes out without the checks green.
ZIP, 7Z, TAR.GZ, TAR.ZSTD and SFX archives with one key, unpacking smart or each archive into its own folder. F4 opens the file in Edit, Ctrl+Enter opens a terminal in the folder or runs the script, Shift+Space shows the exact size in bytes, the right button brings the Explorer menu.

Total Commander itself is not here and is not modified: only our own travels — panels, menus, colours, scripts, configs — and lands on a fresh program as a whole. If the manager is not installed yet, the kit fetches it from the developer's site itself: the installer is read directly, without third-party unpackers. For anyone who wants to hand a colleague their working setup rather than a build with someone else's files inside.

A package manager installs a program but does not set it up, and an installer wizard offers options you will not remember in six months. Here every program is installed into the system or unpacked as a portable folder — with all its options and already set up: the PowerShell profile, the default terminal and its font, VS Code extensions, Git and the GitHub CLI sign-in. Claude Code, Codex and Grok Build come from their authors' installers, and signing in with a subscription is one button. Administrator rights are asked only for a machine-wide install, and the folder can be carried to another machine whole.

An address is the worst thing to reconcile tables by — and simultaneously the only thing present in most municipal data. The same building in two exports looks like «г. Сургут, ул. Ленина, д. 12» and «Сургут, Ленина 12»; «пр-т Мира, 5к1» and «проспект Мира, дом 5, корпус 1». Matching on exact equality yields ten per cent of hits; matching by eye costs an hour per hundred rows and produces mistakes nobody notices.
A row looks for its pair first by exact equality, then by parsed components, then by a normalised fingerprint, and only then approximately. The order is not arbitrary: a strict match never loses to a loose one — otherwise a similar string from the neighbouring district would outrank the correct one.
The program aligns tables against a reference address column, assembles clean addresses from spreadsheets, Word and ODT documents, plain text, CSV, markup and PDF with a text layer, maintains a reference directory with slots — postal index, municipality, settlement, street, building, territory code — and sorts it by a chosen hierarchy.

A browser gets in here by one rule: its developer has no portable build that updates itself. Vivaldi and Cent are left out for exactly that reason — they already have one. The program downloads, unpacks and assembles a browser, then keeps it updated: nothing is installed into Windows, installers are taken apart rather than run. Chromium-Gost earns its place separately — it speaks GOST TLS, which Russian government portals require.
Use Chrome only? Chrome Portable is simpler — the same thing for a single browser.

Getting round blocking is not “download and run”. You need a strategy that suits your provider, a secure DNS, package updates that keep your lists, and a clear reason when it does not work. Here all of it is in one window, not in console menus and five folders: Zapret (Flowseal), zapret2 and ByeDPI, as a service or by hand, with a cache of 200 configurations.

Nobody cleans Windows here with a handful of checkboxes, and nobody argues with telemetry. What happens here is the work that usually takes a dozen consoles: WSL, virtualisation, network adapters and Wi-Fi, hosts, file associations, driver and NVIDIA policy, SSH keys and certificates. Every action goes through a documented Windows mechanism — DISM, bcdedit, netsh, wsl.exe — rather than edits to protected registry branches. Anything risky is backed up first, each button states its risk, and everything is visible in a live log.
Sync ToolsA copy of your server and everything it is useless without, on your own machine: mirror and snapshots through rclone and R2, SSH keys, tunnels, terminals to your machines, recovery after a reinstall of Windows.MDPDF▾
A server makes its own backup, but only your machine can fetch it home. Audion Sync Tools keeps that mirror on your disk and, beside it, everything needed to make use of it: the SSH keys and the keys to the R2 storage, the tunnel client, the routes to the machines at home and at work. The program and the data are kept apart: the program is restored from a release, the data live in a folder of the machine. Two file panels read a local disk, a machine over SSH, R2 and cloud drives alike, and anything can be copied between any two of them. After Windows has been reinstalled it is enough to name the former data folder: the keys, sshd and the access to the machines come back at one button. Its own rclone, cloudflared, terminal and PowerShell lie in the same folder; the program sets up no task in the Windows Task Scheduler.
