Audion programs run on the owner's own machine and send nothing anywhere by themselves. This page is about the one case where data does leave the machine: when a program has been given access to external storage so it can put a backup there.

What the app can see

Audion Sync Tools asks Google for drive.file access. That is a narrow door: the app sees only the files it created itself. The rest of the drive does not exist for it — it can neither read someone else's file nor learn that the file is there.

What it puts there

Backups: archives of settings and working data from the owner's machines. The app writes and reads nothing else.

Where the data goes

Nowhere beyond the storage it was given. Copies stay in the account that opened the access. They are not passed to third parties, not sold, not used for advertising, and not fed to model training — ours or anyone else's.

What stays on the program's side

Only the access token the storage issued. It sits in a closed file on the owner's machine and server and serves one purpose: to open the door you have already opened. The backups themselves do not linger on the machine.

How to revoke access

At any moment and without us: the third-party apps page in your Google account settings, myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access disappears at once. Copies already in storage stay yours — deleting or keeping them is your call.
